"Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith, and salvation of your souls." 1 Peter 1:8

This is a great passage. It reminds me that I have never seen Christ in the flesh, yet there is enough evidence in this world for us to know who Christ really is and why he created us and came here in human form. This passage let's me know that Christ does understand our time. He knows our faith is built on the word of truth and not just blind hope. It encourages me to continue to run this long race with strength for soon Christ is coming back for me!!!!!!
